Submission Terms — Erango Media Inc.

By sending us your trailer or film, you confirm and agree that:

1. Rights

You own or have permission for everything in the material, including footage, music, images and the appearance of anyone in it, and you're authorised to send it to us.

2. Nothing confidential

Your submission isn't confidential. We work on many projects and may already be developing, or may later develop, something similar. Sending it to us creates no partnership, employment or obligation of any kind.

3. What we may do with it

You give Erango Media Inc. permission to view, download and store the material for the purpose of giving you notes and considering it for Shortrr. We claim no ownership, and we won't publish, distribute or screen it without a separate written agreement with you. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@erangomedia.com.

4. No promises

We aren't obliged to review, reply, or take your film further, and notes we give are opinions, not a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erango Media Inc., its directors and staff, against any claim, loss or cost arising from the material or from your breach of these terms, including claims about third-party rights, music clearance, privacy or defamation.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
